Our methods include:

  1. LinkedIn Hunting: We actively search for potential candidates on LinkedIn, targeting individuals with the right skills and experience for your open positions.

  2. Job Site Utilization: We utilize job sites to reach a broader pool of candidates, ensuring we cast a wide net in our search.

  3. Existing Network: Over the past four years, we’ve built a strong network of candidates through consistent communication and engagement. This network includes individuals we’ve met at events and those recommended by trusted sources.

  4. Subscription Model: Our services operate on a subscription basis, with a monthly fee of €400. This fee covers our efforts in recruiting and includes access to our extensive candidate network.

  5. Commission Structure: Upon successfully closing a position, we charge a commission of €200 plus a percentage based on the difficulty of closing the position. This percentage ranges from 10% for easier closures to 40% for more challenging placements.

  6. Marketing and Outreach: We use a combination of social media advertising (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), job sites, personal LinkedIn connections, and targeted outreach to attract top talent for your company.
